Exchange Policy

Exchanges for BeechTree products are accommodated under specific circumstances. They facilitate exchanges if the wrong product or size was shipped to you, or if the product you received is damaged.

In such cases, you are eligible for Online Store Credit equal to the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) for future transactions. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7-14 working days of receiving your order to their help address.

How Returns Work

Upon submitting a return request to [email protected] or contacting them at +92-42-111128733, they will arrange to pick up the incorrect item from your doorstep within 7 to 10 working days, without any additional shipping charges. Once the item reaches their warehouse and passes quality checks, an online credit will be issued, which can be utilized for future Beechtree purchases.

Limitations on Exchanges

While they strive for customer satisfaction, there are a few limitations to the exchange process:

• Exchanges are not applicable for accessories.
• Items on sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange.
• Once a sale begins, the final price during the sale period will apply for any exchanges.
• The product must be in a re-saleable condition, with all tags and items intact and unused.

Cash Refunds and Alternate Product Exchanges

BeechTree does not offer cash refunds. However, they provide the option of online store credit or exchanging your product for an alternate item, based on the situation.

Exchange Policies for Specific Items

Jewelry:

Damaged or wrongly delivered jewelry articles can be exchanged within 7 days at the nearest store, provided the receipt is presented. In cities where physical stores are unavailable, customers will receive a coupon of equivalent value, valid for 30 days. The attached tag on the jewelry must be intact for an exchange to be processed. Please note, jewelry can only be delivered within the country and is not available for international shipping.

Perfumes:

Perfumes cannot be exchanged if the seal/packaging of the perfume box is opened or damaged in any way.
