You can receive your Home Remittance Payment in your bank account maintained in UBL or with any other bank in Pakistan free of cost by providing the following details to your remitter/sender:

How can I know the status of the account transfer transaction that my account is credited by Home Remittance Payment?

The Beneficiary can check their account transfer transaction with the help of their CNIC number through their dedicated call center at Toll-Free number: 0800-82598. Apart from the call center, the customer can check the transaction status through UBL Mobile App, Internet Banking, and SMS alerts (if activated).

What is the amendment/correction procedure if the transaction is held in the system due to invalid account details?

Amendment/Correction can only be made from the remitting end (where the transaction is initiated). This is in the better interest of the beneficiary/customer.

What is the transaction crediting time for a UBL Account?

The transaction will be credited to your account instantly if the account details are valid. In case of any amendments/corrections, transactions will take a maximum of 24 hours.
