About TSRTC Cargo Tracking
The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) is a government-owned transportation service that offers public transport. It operates a fleet of approximately 9,700 buses.
In June 2020, TSRTC introduced Cargo and Parcel Services to transport goods and packages using its buses. These services are available at all TSRTC Bus Stations throughout the state and at specific locations in neighboring states where service counters are established. To facilitate this, Parcel & Cargo Agents have been assigned, operating from dedicated counters.
Individuals wishing to send packages can visit the nearest bus station or service counter to book their shipment for delivery to a chosen destination. The TSRTC buses will transport the consignments and deliver them to the designated Bus Station or Counter as specified by the customer. The recipient is responsible for collecting the shipment from the Bus Station or Counter upon arrival.
Services
TSRTC Cargo offer two major categories of shipments. One is perishable and the other type is general type. Perishable shipments costs more than the general cargo because extra care has to be taken for this type of parcel.
Moreover, home deliver and pick up services are not available except Hyderabad where home delivery is available on demand and extra charges commensurate with thee delivery point distance from bus station.
Charges of the services may vary depending on the schedule of the buses but they are relatively lesser than those by their competitors. Rate Calculator has been shared on official website so that tentative charges may be calculated beforehand.
Their express parcel service is very fast and they claim that if a parcel is booked before 12 pm the parcel will be delivered on the same day before 9 pm and if you book before 9 pm then parcel will be delivered before 12 pm the next day. This means in any case before 24 hours your parcel will be delivered. Thanks to the extensive network of their buses.
Network & Portfolio
Their network is very vast spanning various states of INDIA. They are very new to the Cargo business (June 2020) but due to their well established Public Transport network their portfolio has bagged tons of shipped cargo and parcels. Network based upon 9700 buses is itself sufficient to established their credibility. Moreover, They have their counters/services in the following districts:
