THAI’s Cargo and Mail Commercial division offers domestic and international warehouses of 18,000 and 90,000 square meters, providing services like the Perishable Center, express cargo area, and mail handling warehouse. The 10,000-square-meter Perishable Center, unique in Asia, adjusts temperature for different commodities, maintaining agricultural product freshness before transportation.
Highly Efficient Mechanisms and Certifications
The computerized Elevated Transfer Vehicle system facilitates efficient horizontal and vertical commodity transfer. For safety, Unit Load Devices (ULDs) and a Roller Conveyor system for large-size commodities are installed.
Ensuring high safety and security standards, two special pallet-size x-ray machines and 12 standard x-ray machines are in place. These units, with a tunnel-like shape, allow pallets on roller conveyors to pass through, providing detailed inspection and effective scanning through 2-c.m. thick metal sheets.
