About Sinokor Container Tracking

Sinokor Merchant Marine Co., Ltd. inaugurated the first container liner service between Korea and China three years before the two countries established diplomatic relations in 1989. This service significantly enhanced human resources and economic cooperation and played a crucial role in normalizing relations.

In 1989, Sinokor registered the Hong Kong company “Sinokor Company Ltd.”. Then it was approved for nonstop container shipments between Korea and China. The first nonstop voyage was made by “M/V MELISA,”. This was followed by continuous services from “M/V MACAU VENTURE” and “M/V MILD SPENDOUR.”

The first direct service between Ulsan and Kwangyang in Korea and Chinese ports in 1998 reduced logistics costs for Korea’s main chemical imports and exports. This established a new export route with decreased delivery times. By 2001, Sinokor expanded its liner services to include Pyeongtaek in Korea and major Chinese ports like Shanghai, Qingdao, Tianjin, and Dalian.

Currently, Sinokor’s container liner services cover 60 ports across 16 countries, including China, Japan, Russia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Myanmar, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, the UAE, and Korea. The company has 34 subsidiaries and local offices in these countries, providing excellent customer-oriented service.

In 2001, Sinokor entered the Dry Bulk & Tanker Carriage Sectors, offering services with over 100 highly qualified and experienced technical experts. With long-term contracts with top charterers worldwide, Sinokor is dedicated to developing a global logistics network. The company’s 2000 crew and employees strive to provide the best services under Sinokor’s priorities: being customer-oriented, creating an optimal management system, and developing top-notch human resources.
