About EMS International Tracking

EMS, or Express Mail Service, is an international postal service for documents and merchandise offered by postal operators within the Universal Postal Union (UPU), connecting 175 countries. It prioritizes speed, making it the fastest cross-border postal option available.

EMS boasts the largest delivery network globally, ensuring coverage to every business and citizen through extensive last-mile connectivity based on Post Office counters, the most abundant customer access points worldwide.

The EMS Cooperative, celebrating its 20th anniversary, facilitates this service. It consists of over 170 member countries collaborating to maintain high-quality, competitive express mail services globally. The Cooperative’s structure includes the General Assembly (all members), the EMS Cooperative Board (nine elected members), and the EMS Unit, which operates out of the UPU’s International Bureau.

The UPU, an inter-governmental body, oversees global postal operations, sets international mail rules, and strives to improve service quality for customers, engaging governments and postal stakeholders across its 192 member countries.
