Payment Through DLIMS

To pay your fees for requirements such as license renewal or learner license renewal, you can use the following methods:

Payment via ATM:

• Visit your nearest 1 Link member bank ATM with your ATM card.
• After PIN verification, choose the GoPb option under Bill Payment in the Main Menu.
• Enter the 17-digit PSID number and press OK.
• The due amount for the PSID number will be automatically retrieved and displayed on the ATM screen.
• Press the Pay/Submit/Finish button.
• A message confirming the successful transaction will appear on the screen.

Inter-Bank Fund Transfer:

• The process for GoPb levies mirrors bill payment through internet/mobile apps.
• Log in to Internet/Mobile Banking.
• Select GoPb in the Bill Payment Options.
• Enter the 17-digit PSID number and press OK.
• The due amount against the PSID number will be automatically displayed on the screen.
• Press the Pay/Submit/Finish button.
• A message confirming the successful transaction will appear on the screen.

1Link Member Bank Branches:

Visit the nearest 1 Link Member Bank branch with a printout of the PSID and instruct the Teller/Cashier to process the levy payment under the GoPb option
