Imported Catalogue: They rely on their suppliers abroad to maintain accurate inventory and product weights. If there’s a discrepancy in the weight or stock status of your order, they will notify you and ask for your approval on any additional costs or alternative products. If you choose not to proceed with these options, they’ll cancel the order.
Domestic Catalogue: They coordinate with suppliers in India who usually keep their inventory up-to-date. If an item is out of stock, they will offer an alternative or cancel the order.
Delivery Delays: If your order does not meet the expected delivery timeframe, you can cancel it for a full refund. Contact the number given above for assistance.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Imported Catalogue: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, including sale items, with a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur cancellation charges.
Domestic Catalogue: You may cancel your order before its shippment for a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, cancellation will incur charges.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Imported Catalogue: To modify your order, contact the Customer Support within 24 hours of placement. Orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be altered.
Domestic Catalogue: Contact the Customer Support immediately to request modifications. Once an order is in the shipping process, changes cannot be made.
When will I receive my refund for a canceled purchase?
Refunds will be processed and credited back to your payment method within 5 working days.
Will I receive a full refund if my purchase is canceled?
Imported Catalogue: If Cart2India cancels due to stock or pricing issues, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, you’ll also get a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur the following charges:
- 1 to 5 days: 80% of the purchase value
- 6 days and beyond: 50% of the purchase value
Domestic Catalogue: For cancellations made by Cart2India due to stock issues, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel before shipping, you’ll get a full refund. If the item has already shipped, you will receive 80% of the purchase value.
